RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final sale unless the item arrives defective or faulty.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference. Instead, we offer our Fit Assurance program (see below).

If your item is defective:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@cozyinchrist.store
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cozy in Christ reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility for all claims.

 


FIT ASSURANCE POLICY

We understand that finding the right fit online can be challenging. Our Fit Assurance exists to give you confidence when ordering.

This policy covers genuine sizing issues where the fit makes an item unwearable or clearly not as intended — while ensuring fairness and sustainability for our community.

Please Note Before Claiming

  • Fit Assurance does not apply to change of mind or style preference (e.g., wanting a looser or tighter fit if the garment matches the ordered size).
  • Coverage applies if the fit is visibly incorrect compared to standard sizing (e.g., sleeves or length significantly outside the normal tolerance range of ±2–3 cm).
  • Approval is at Cozy in Christ’s discretion, based on photos and comparison to our size guide and standard measurements.
  • Only one item per order is eligible for Fit Assurance.
  • Sale or clearance pieces may not qualify.
  • Claims showing misuse or repeat abuse will be denied.

How It Works

  1. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  2. Submit your claim within 5 days of delivery.
  3. Once approved, you will receive store credit equal to the item’s value (excluding shipping and discounts).
  4. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

How to Submit a Claim

Email info@cozyinchrist.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item name
  • Clear photos of the garment worn (with tags visible) showing the fit issue

Our team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.

Fit Assurance is our way of removing hesitation when ordering while ensuring fairness for every customer.

 


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 35% fee to cover administration, processing, and production expenses.
  • No cancellations can be accepted once your order has shipped or entered final production.
